All products are shipped from the United States. International customers should be aware that customs duties may apply to orders, depending on the destination country’s regulations.

SALES POLICY
All sales are final. We are unable to process size exchanges, as each order is custom-made. Returns and refunds are only available if the product is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Please note that refused packages will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.
Once packages are handed over to the shipping provider, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
